These terms apply to chcaerial.com and to services and products from CHC Aerial LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By using the site, booking a service or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Accounts and pricing
Package pricing and booking are available to signed-in members. Keep your account information accurate and your login private. Prices are shown in the cart and at checkout, and payment is collected at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing. Some services are quoted individually ("Contact for quote"). We may update services and prices; changes don't affect orders already paid.
2. Booking and shoots
- Please have the property ready and accessible at the scheduled time.
- Drone work depends on weather, airspace authorization and safety conditions. If we can't fly safely, we'll reschedule at no extra charge.
- Homes over 5,000 sq ft may incur an additional fee, invoiced after the shoot.
- Cancellations and reshoots are covered in our Refund Policy.
3. Delivery
Standard delivery for photo packages is within 24 hours of the shoot. 3D floor plans are delivered within 48 hours (3–5 days for homes over 5,000 sq ft). Delivery times are targets and may be affected by weather, rescheduling or events outside our control.
4. Content ownership and license
CHC Aerial LLC owns all photos, video, floor plans and other content we create. When you pay for a service or digital download, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for real estate marketing and promotion of the property shown, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not resell the content or claim it as your own. We may use our work in our portfolio and marketing.
5. Prints and digital downloads
Prints (canvas, luster and metal) are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Digital downloads are for personal use unless a commercial license is agreed in writing. See our Shipping and Refund policies.
6. Website
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and we're not responsible for third-party sites linked from it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHC Aerial LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website, services or content.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
